My wife needed to see a doctor. I telephoned Milton Surgery 7 times between 8.00 and 8.15 am but each time the telephone was engaged. In desperation I cycled to the surgery, geting there at 8.20, only to be told that all the normal appointment times had been filled. However they did manage to fit her in. Is queuing at 7.30 to get an appointment, going home and then going back to the surgery later the only sure way to see a doctor ? Martin.
