Friends of ours have a boat moored at the bottom of their garden between
Penny Ferry and Green Dragon. She took these photos this morning of
their garden.

As you can see the water is creeping up the garden. Not as bad as 2001
though, then it made it to the patio! See

We were out driving around on the south side of Cambridge yesterday and
the river was over the banks in several places there, especially around
the M11 but bits of Lammas Land were also flooded and the pond outside
the Granta was brimming over.
And Jesus lock was like Baits Bite the day before with only about
12"-18" of drop and water pouring over it.
