I have to say that I have had cable for 5 years on broadband and telephone and it has always worked well. I have spoken to a number of people that have experienced problems with BT at Waterbeach. Sooner that gets upgraded the better and I might consider changing from my £22 a month + phone calls to O2 on BT line which could save me another £6.
