Although I agree that the call centres, whether VM or any other company, are
manned by people who can only provide limited help (call centres are not the
greatest and most motivating or well paid places to work in), I find calling
people robots or droids, who are only doing their jobs according to the
limited (and FAQs) scripts provided to them by their incompetent managers
based in the UK, unfair. They are encouraged not to take the initiative by
these inept bosses.
