Our Virgin setup doesn't give us On Demand, except for the Watch Again part. We can't watch films on demand, or any of the other on demand services. I thought we were supposed to be able to, but to be quite honest I can't face calling Virgin's support line and then taking a day off work to wait for an engineer to turn up.
