He tested my broadband speed, seemed okay up and down. Checked without the wireless router in, all seemed fine. We tested download from a Virgin server, not a problem. Download from any other website - don't bother trying. Web still lagging away. If you dial 151 now and choose option 3 you should get the same team I spoke to with minimal wait. If you can't be bothered then use the newsgroups. Liz
