Martin, There is no reason what ever to say that you cant put a small amount of green rubbish into your black bin if you run out of space in your green bin.! What is SCDC going to do if they find a few lawn cuttings, leaves etc in there.? Clap you in irons.? I am all for recycling where possible but,as far as I am aware, it is not law that you have to do so ?.( Obviously putting ordinary rubbish in green bins isnt on though )
