Well when I was just cycling down Shirley Close at 7.45am, a panda car whizzed past on Fen Road (bit too fast imho given that it didn't have lights or sirens, no wonder the ordinary man in the street thinks it's OK to drive at that speed on narrow residential streets), and there was a second one already at the Fen Road entrance to the Park.
