I had a terrible time yesterday gaining access to my emails. The download was intermittent and often my log-in details and password were not being accepted. However I was able to send messages. I called VM around 11.00AM yesterday. They said there was a fault with the email servers and repair was under way and should be back to normal in the evening. In the meantime I was told to access messages using their website. The website worked for a while and then that too went kaput! Touch wood, everything was back to usual at around 4.00PM yesterday.
