How about traffic lights that are *very* biased to letting the traffic out
of Milton in the morning between say 7:30 til 9:30 and either switch off or
change to 50-50 bias at other times. or just make the road one-way in the
morning,
or better still a gate across the road with armed guards 24/7 and tank traps
:-)
