I've just posted to the news pages details of a press release from the County Council which suggests that the sewage works may not be moving to Honey Hill after all. read more ...

the Citi 2 runs every ten minutes ...

I'm putting online, with the complainant's permission, an exchange he had with StageCoach Cambus yesterday about the service on Citi 2. This is the bus that runs into Cambridge every ten minutes ... allegedly. When I turned up at the bus stop at 09:05 yesterday Davinder was already there. The bus finally arrived at about 09:35 so I'd waited half an hour and Davinder and woman who was also there had waited rather longer. Anyway enough pre-amble, here's the emails: read more ...

Mike posted on milton-chat on Monday urging people to sign the petition on the Downing Street web site backing the SSAFA application for change of use Hedley Court. At the time I admonished him for posting about it as there was no Milton connection. read more ...

On Thursday we had a turn out of 45.83% in the district council election and today the count took place in SCDC's council chamber at Cambourne. Although I wasn't involved with any of the candidates' campaigns this time I blagged my way into the count thanks to Hazel Smith. read more ...
