To combat the increasing amount of spam we're getting on our site from "'bots" we have now added a reCAPTCHA widget to the Contact Us and comment on this page links so in future when sending us a message you will see a block which looks like this:

When you do just follow the instructions and type in the two words you see displayed.

If you can't read the words then click on reload button next to the field where you have to enter the words.

You can also get words read out to you if you're blind or partially sighted.
