Lovefit Pregnancy Fitness and Birth Preparation Classes
This group fitness class is much more than just an exercise class. We will bust many pregnancy exercise myths, helping you to prepare mentally and physically for birth, motherhood and beyond. The class focuses on safe and effective exercise, relaxation techniques, birth education, introducing you to other mums / mums-to-be, as well as aiming to keep your pregnancy as healthy and happy as possible.
