Lovefit “Tummy Time” Postnatal exercise class
This is a mums and babies class, which focuses on core and pelvic floor restoration in the early postnatal period. The class is suitable as soon as you’ve had your 6-8 week GP check (10 weeks if you’ve had a c-section). We aim to build a strong foundation, before reintroducing you to more intense exercise. A great way to regain body confidence and function, as well as meeting other local mums.
