Dunno if it's re-announcing the money or just confirming where it
will be used. As I understand it (although I may be wrong), what EERA
are saying is that the funding is there for these projects, subject
to the final approvals.
There's a pdf on EERA's website giving the full list of where the
money can go. Luton-Dunstable is up there at the top with the guided
busway. Chesterton station also gets a mention.
