An average wait of five minutes brings that Well, in theory Unfortunately, if there are problems with staff or whatever it's the 10 minute services which get hit first. When I was working for a bus company and was struggling to get a service out I'd always pull drivers off the high frequency services first. It was the hourly services I always left alone so they were actually pretty reliable.
