We had one of their blokes at our door t'other day and before he could start I gave him my explanation as to why I would prefer to use candles that get electricity through them (they have an appalling reputation for dodgy sales practises and very poor customer service with more complaints than just about anyone else in the industry). To his credit he took it quite well really: "I'll mark you down as a 'no' then shall I?" he said, and wandered off in search of more easily trapped prey. -- Paul
