If it is the same man who came to our door a fortnight ago around 7.00PM, he is from Powergen. He is selling electricity and gas. Their deal is to pay a 'slightly' higher tariff and therefore not pay the standing charge (i.e. zero). He was unable to be pushy because my little daughter who was standing next to me said she was sleepy and could I stop talking to the man. It worked.
