If you're using Outlook (and most people are) then getting a program like Outlook-QuoteFix <http://jump.to/outlook-quotefix> makes this sort of thing really easy - I always recommend it to anyone still using Outlook (which is about the only mail client which "top posts" by default. -- Paul
