This is such an improvement over being frustrated by the callcentre. I don't know whether Virgin's webpages point people towards using the newsgroups - I wouldn't have thought of it if a work colleague hadn't said. Luckily I was likely to be around at home anyway. But I bet there's nothing wrong that can't be fixed either out in the street or back in their computer-centre though.
