It's not going to be that sort of hotel. Looking at the plans it's lots of bedrooms, a bar and a restaurant and that's your lot. This is more Travelodge than Post House, in fact I suspect Travelodge may be the intended user as they are expanding like crazy at the moment. -- Paul
