You confused me there - so I've just counted the bedrooms on the plans
and I found 34 Ground floor and 43 on each of the first and second floors
= 120 rooms
So definitely a quart - especially as the parking is "guest" only,
according to one of the documents - so where are the staff going to park?
I guess the remaining land will turn into a "temporary" car park,
atleast
until a "budget fast food establishment" is constructed alongside!
