On the subject of which: I didn't know whether to expect a ceremony on the
Sunday or the Tuesday. The 11th fell on a Sunday last year. Couldn't find
any announcements - not even on All Saints' website, except to say that it
was Remembrance Sunday. So popped round the corner at 10:50 yesterday to
check. Indeed there was a ceremony much the same as last year, with the
congregation from All Saints' breaking off their service, a detachment of
soldiers, and three wreaths laid.
Is it the usual thing that the 'Parish' ceremony is on the day itself?
