I tried this with the kids today and yes, it's complete, however the north end is invisible from the road so if you were thinking of starting at that end then you need to turn off the main road directly opposite the entrance to the Bridge pub car park on the Waterbeach side - you'll pass a little triangular area of freshly turned earth then you'll reach a gate on the left where you will see the familiar surface start (crushed stone between narrow wooden strips). There is a small green sign marked Public Bridleway which will presumably soon be augmented. My view is that the new route is all very nice, however it's a very long way round to get to Waterbeach so I'd still like to see the cyclepath along the A10 widened and flattened so it's more usable.
