Cambs County Council has not only blocked access to the www.camcycle.org.uk website from the public terminals at the Milton Country Park but also from all the Cambridge Online City terminals in cambridge. One is greeted with the message "Websense - Access Denied. Why have you tried to access this prohibited site?." Why is our council so opposed to cycling ?
