I've had a loss of service on the phone a couple of times and also the
cable TV. I've dumped the cable TV because of unreliability and other
reasons.
Am I the only person who has a lot of problems wit the 177 voice-mail
facility? Half of the time I enter my 6-digit PIN and then it says "do
not
understand". It will not let me correct it. I put the phone down and it
immediately phones me back. Very annoying.
I've sometimes had to use my mobile phone to listen to my voice mail!
I can't be bothered to spend time talking to ntl about it. Would
probably
take an hour.
