You're thinking of when the server adds:

but that wasn't what happened here. I'm not sure what did TBH and I
mailed David privately last night to say as much. Anyway we'll just have
to keep an eye on it.

Indeed. I have been consulted with PC Shulver this morning about the
issue and I will be leafletting all the houses in the area where the
fireworks are coming from later today as the first step asking them to
think of their neighbours and their pets.
If that doesn't stop it he's said he's willing to get involved.
