Whilst technically a neat solution, Having worked for a number of years on
Number plate recognition systems, I think it will seriously P*** people off,
and I'm not sure it is very cost effective. though if they could couple the
bollards with resident ID tags on the cars. that might be attractive ;-)
we could become "Fort Milton"
