I really think a illuminated sign saying "No Entry" with a timer connected
would be a cost effective solution! That coupled with a sign at the junction
of Ely road and the A14 saying "No Entry between 7:30 and 9:30 AM Monday to
Friday would be all that was required. then we would only need a police car
there a few times a year dishing out fines, and it would be sorted!
If the council can't afford the sign I can knock one up in my work shop for
them <grin>
