The Park’s Summer Celebration was blessed with perfect weather and visitors were entertained by a variety of events including a “Medieval Jousting Re-enactment” which included a fight to the death between two knights …

… and a lance throwing competition by mounted knights at a poor lad with only a shield to hide behind.
