Stagecoach have announced that they will be making changes to their bus fares and ticketing structure across the East from Tuesday 4th January 2022. They say that they have assessed their ticket offering and identified the need to make changes to provide consistent and simple options for customers. Changes will be made to fares, ticket types, passenger types and ticket zones, which they say are designed to make their products easier to understand. They have predicted that as a result of these changes, 92% of customers will pay the same or less for their bus ticket.
