Julie will be adding an additional yoga class to her current offering at Milton Community Centre on a Monday night from January 2026.  There will be places available in both the 6pm and 7pm yoga class.  The classes run in 6 week blocks coinciding mainly with school half terms.  They are not drop-in classes.  Suitable for mobile adults including those new to yoga.  Contact Julie at strongsupplesound@gmail.com for more details. 

In addition Julie will offer a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath on a monthly basis at 7pm at Milton Community Centre.  Cost is £20 for non yoga students.  Current yoga students can attend as part of their package at no additional cost.  If you would like to attend a soundbath please contact Julie at strongsupplesound@gmail.com
