Hotpod Yoga is yoga in its most potent form. Expect to sweat harder, stretch further and immerse yourself deeper. The warmth of the pod and the physicality of the flows will work your body, while the dim lights, purple hues and immersive soundscapes will calm your busy mind. Expect an intense hit of yoga. We ask you to arrive for class 10-15 minutes before class start time. Regrettably we are unable to refund your pass if you have missed the cancellation deadline or did not make it to class on time. The studio is locked whilst classes are in progress and no late arrivals can be admitted. If you are unable to make it to a class you have booked, please log in to the website or app and cancel your booked session so that your space is free for someone else to use, we are unable to process this for you via email. Our classes are suitable for all levels (complete beginners to intermediate practitioners) and all bookings are done through the website above. You do not need any previous yoga experience. Do check the class description on the website for a better idea of what to expect. We have parking beside the studio for evening (6pm onwards) classes and weekend classes only, otherwise please park at Tesco opposite the studio. We have changing rooms, lockers and showers for your use. We recommend wearing clothing you would be comfortable exercising in as you will get sweaty. We provide the mats, you will just need a towel, which must be big enough to cover the yoga mat end to end (at least 170cm long). You can buy or hire one from us in the studio. If you wish to pause or cancel your membership then please note that we will require 48 hours’ notice to enable us to process this request. Class passes or memberships can be frozen for anything from a week to a month, requests must be made in advance and no extension to pass expiry dates can be made retrospectively.
