Children & Youth
The focus of this group is to provide a supportive environment for Young Carers to come together, have some time out from their caring responsibilities, try new activities, feel supported and meet new people. The group is sufficiently staffed to give young people the opportunity to have 1-to-1 time during group if they are having a difficult time or want to talk to an adult. Each session runs for 2 hours and activities include cooking, arts and crafts, sports and games.
£5 per session

Milton Country Park has a dedicated off-road cycle course, and club coaches are experienced and British Cycling trained. These sessions offer a great opportunity to practice different cycling disciplines and skills and even take part in off-road races.
Road cycling sessions are held at Cambridge Regional College car park on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month from 2pm-3pm.

All people who look after another person’s child, who are not a close relative, for more than two hours in any one day, must be registered with Ofsted. This involves practical training, first aid and a CRB check. There are 12 registered child minders in Milton at present. Most of them know each other, and meet regularly either at each others homes, Toddlers, or school times. The group also has meetings throughout the year at which we discuss ideas, outings, problems etc.
Ages 11 – 19. Open access youth club, term-time only. We have activities available such as cooking, xbox, pool table, table tennis and air hockey. The Youth Zone is run by trained Youth Workers, who are able to offer support and advice to young people on a range of topics.
Private tuition for children and adults at my home – please note I do not travel. If your child has lessons at school, but you feel they would benefit from one or two lessons over the long school holidays, do not hesitate to contact me.

We aim to provide a friendly and secure environment in which all children can learn, thrive and develop friendships through play. We want all our children to be happy and fulfil their potential.
