Let’s Run Girls is a social women’s running community. We offer weekly steady 5k runs as well as regular couch to 5k beginners programmes for women looking to get started in running. We aim to start beginners programmes in January, April and September each year. Check out our website for updates.
Meetings are usually held on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 2-4pm all year round except August.

The programme is varied and includes invited speakers, money raising events, prayer and worship and social gatherings. Membership is open to all who want to support family life in all its forms.
