Videos on How Our Re-Cycling is Done
The and amey have created two interesting videos explaining how our waste is re-cycled. The first explains how waste you put in the green bin is composted on an industrial scale. The second explains the magic involved in separating the recyclable waste you put in the blue bin into useful streams.
Guided Busway Cycleway Closures
Over the next six months there will be occasional overnight closures of the cycleway alongside the guided busway while and BAM Nuttall, the contractors who built the busway, undertake a series of investigations. More details here, although sadly not of the proposed dates.
