New PCSO for Milton
Our current Police Community Support Officer, PCSO Claire Whiteman, is changing beats to Swavesey, Longstanton, Over and Willingham from today and we are getting new PCSO, John Mason, who will be replacing her with immediate effect.

Oliver Cromwell back again
‘The Lincolnshire Coast Express’ is coming through this morning hauled by Britania Pacific 70013 Oliver Cromwell. Full details here. It’s due to depart Cambridge at 10:15, so should be at Fen Road shortly after that. It was last in Milton in August.

Service 9 Cuts
A reminder that from this Sunday, as previously advertised here, Stagecoach is significantly reducing the service 9 which goes through Milton on its way from Cambridge to Ely and Littleport and vice versa although the X9 will call in Milton in future which should reduce the impact of this to some extent.
