This involves practical training, first aid and checks by the police. There are 8 registered child minders in Milton at present. Most of them know each other, and meet regularly either at each others homes, Toddlers, or school times. The group also has meetings throughout the year at which we discuss ideas, outings, problems etc. Some of the group are working towards their NVQs in Child Care.
