Stagecoach are changing the service 9 bus with effect from this Monday, 21st July. The following buses which pass through Milton will operate fifteen minutes later than previously:

16:15 Chatteris – Cambridge
17:16 Ely – Cambridge
17:15 Chatteris – Cambridge

What they seem to mean by this is that they’re merging two buses into one as there are already service 9 buses running fifteen minutes later on those routes so this actually appears to be a downgrading of this service. Presumably at that time of night there is less demand carriage into Cambridge.
