This version of the village website was created about 10 years ago now, and it has begun to look a bit long in the tooth. Furthermore, this website was funded by the Milton Village View, which is no longer being produced.

A new community of maintainers is building a replacement, and once it is live, this site will be retired. I will update this page with the URL of the new website once I know it.

Milton chat and other mailing lists

The server running the village mailing lists is also affected by this decision; it also was funded by the Village View.

We have come to the conclusion that with the lack of activity and the lack of funding, that the mailing list server will be closed at the same time as the web server, most likely at the end of this month.

We encourage you to use the Milton Community Facebook Group instead

It’s been a great pleasure and honour for me to have been helping to maintain these services for the past decade or so, but it’s time to hand the baton on to the new group.
