On Thursday night the UK had the best show of aurora in a decade and Dawn Eagle caught a glimpse of it and took this photo from Fen Road just beyond the level crossing at about 10:30pm. The red glow is just sky glow from Waterbeach street lighting, but to the left of that is the pale green glow of the aurora.
