Socially distanced Boutique Hotpod classes from £15 each
Small group classes with just 8 participants per class, ensuring individual instruction and plenty of space. Hotpod Yoga is yoga in its most potent form. Expect to sweat harder, stretch further and immerse yourself deeper. The warmth of the pod and the physicality of the flows will work your body, while the dim lights, purple hues and immersive soundscapes will calm your busy mind. Expect an intense hit of yoga.
This is a mums and babies class, which focuses on core and pelvic floor restoration in the early postnatal period. The class is suitable as soon as you’ve had your 6-8 week GP check (10 weeks if you’ve had a c-section). We aim to build a strong foundation, before reintroducing you to more intense exercise. A great way to regain body confidence and function, as well as meeting other local mums.

This group fitness class is much more than just an exercise class. We will bust many pregnancy exercise myths, helping you to prepare mentally and physically for birth, motherhood and beyond. The class focuses on safe and effective exercise, relaxation techniques, birth education, introducing you to other mums / mums-to-be, as well as aiming to keep your pregnancy as healthy and happy as possible. Suitable for second and third trimester.

Due to COVID-19 all classes are currently being run online via Zoom and the situation is being monitored to see if it is feasible to run the classes back in the MCC or Milton Primary School. Anyone wishing to join the classes, then please do give me a call as a beginners Pilates class will be run online in September.

Try Qigong “chee kong”, a traditional Chinese activity for health. Whether interested in acupuncture or not, practicing Qigong stimulates your own acupuncture points and channels through meditative movement in an active, light outdoor exercise class – no needles involved!
Our Qigong is a simple, natural approach to keeping the body moving for good health. My great grand teacher continued to practice until she passed in 2002 at the age of 104 and was one of the most sought after Qigong grandmasters in China and abroad.

Come and join a small and friendly group who will support, encourage and help you on your your weight loss journey. Adults (male and female) and children from 11 years. Healthy eating plan to suit everyone, including vegetarians. Children (ages 11-15) are free if parent is a member.
