FRESH AND FUN NEW FITNESS TREND IS COMING TO MILTON
Clubbercise, is a dance fitness class which is storming the nation and it is coming to Milton!
Clubbercise with Amelia classes are at Milton Primary School from 9th September 2021 and will be held every Thursday evening at 7:30am – 8:30pm.
Clubbercise classes are taught in a darkened room with disco lighting and flashing glow sticks set to uplifting club tunes. Tracks include anything from 90’s classics to the latest chart-toppers from the likes of Rudimental or David Guetta. The atmosphere is amazing! A high energy cardio, tone and combat workout. A friendly, inclusive and welcoming fitness community.
“I absolutely love finding new ways to help people keep fit – it’s something I’m really passionate about. when I discovered Clubbercise three years ago, I just knew other people would absolutely love it. I have loved exercising to manydance exercise programmes and formats for years and holding my Exercise to Music Level 2 industry qualification, I qualified as a Clubbercise Instructor in January 2020 and set up online classes firstly as the pandemic took my initial plans in a different direction. The routines are easy-to-follow which means you can really let go and enjoy the music, and you do not need to be a dancer. Plus, the classes appeal to a wide range of people because they’re so much fun and in the darkened environment, people feel less exposed and it doesn’t feel like a workout! The benefits though are amazing for physical fitness and for mental wellbeing” Amelia.
Classes are £6 PAYG and access to a 10 class pass monthly booking for £35 saving cost on booking more than one class a week.
Glow sticks can be purchased for £5 a pair (these are not essential though)

Try Qigong “chee kong”, a traditional Chinese activity for health. Whether interested in acupuncture or not, practicing Qigong stimulates your own acupuncture points and channels through meditative movement in an active, light exercise class – no needles involved!
Our Qigong is a simple, natural approach to keeping the body moving for good health. My great grand teacher continued to practice until she passed in 2002 at the age of 104 and was one of the most sought after Qigong grandmasters in China and abroad.
Classes continue every week, uninterrupted. The pandemic did not stop us holding regular classes all 52 weeks of 2020 and every week since; we meet online when needed, and sometimes indoors though we are usually outdoors for class.
All skill levels are welcome. Class is for adults aged 18 and over. Contact Kay – 30th generation Sifu of the Kunlun Dayan Qigong skill with direct lineage dating back over 1800 years.
Moves Fitness is a fun aerobic strength class with a bonus restorative stretch session suitable for all levels of fitness.

Socially distanced Boutique Hotpod classes from £15 each
Hotpod Yoga is yoga in its most potent form. Expect to sweat harder, stretch further and immerse yourself deeper. The warmth of the pod and the physicality of the flows will work your body, while the dim lights, purple hues and immersive soundscapes will calm your busy mind. Expect an intense hit of yoga.
Great fun and fitness – suitable for beginners and experienced players alike. The one hour session is £5 and includes an experienced coach. Vary per term/class
Improves core strength, flexibility and posture. Trained by Pilates Institute, London and Future Fit. A variety of equipment is used to add variety to the mat class. All classes are held in the upstairs meeting room at the Community Centre. The room is well ventilated. At the moment have decided to carry on with online classes as they are still very well attended and many clients feel safer in their own environment. £4.95 per week; prepayment for 5 weeks get one week free or 10 weeks and get two weeks free; over 60s pay £4.65 per week
Come and join a small and friendly group who will support, encourage and help you on your your weight loss journey. Adults (male and female) and children from 11 years. Healthy eating plan to suit everyone, including vegetarians. Children (ages 11-15) are free if parent is a member.
