Dance Fitness is a super fun way of exercising:
Starting off with an aerobic style full body warm up
Set dances/combinations working different parts of the body
Moving onto legs, bums and tums toning
Finishing with a relaxing cool down
All fitness abilities welcome. You must be 16 years or over.

As part of our mission to offer a supercharged yoga experience to all experience levels, Hotpod classes are held in our custom-created, inflatable pods. Dim-lighting, beautiful scents, and down-tempo beats create a cocoon-like environment for up to 20 yoga-goers. The pods are heated to 37 degrees to help melt you deeper into your practice whilst being carefully and personally guided through a flow of active and passive postures to open the body, work the heart and calm the mind in equal measure.
This is a mums and babies class, which focuses on core and pelvic floor restoration in the early postnatal period. The class is suitable as soon as you’ve had your 6-8 week GP check (10 weeks if you’ve had a c-section). We aim to build a strong foundation, before reintroducing you to more intense exercise. A great way to regain body confidence and function, as well as meeting other local mums.
This group fitness class is much more than just an exercise class. We will bust many pregnancy exercise myths, helping you to prepare mentally and physically for birth, motherhood and beyond. The class focuses on safe and effective exercise, relaxation techniques, birth education, introducing you to other mums / mums-to-be, as well as aiming to keep your pregnancy as healthy and happy as possible. Come and join a small and friendly group who will support, encourage and help you on your your weight loss journey. Adults (male and female) and children from 11 years. Healthy eating plan to suit everyone, including vegetarians. Children (ages 11-15) are free if parent is a member.

This is an open level Yoga class suitable for all. The flowing sequences will both rejuvenate yet relax your body and your mind.
